Busy...busy...

Thought after my japanese exam, I will have more time to do and learn my own stuff. But to the contrary, I am more busy with my work. Been doing overtime for several days just to make sure my modules are stable enough to be sent for testing so that I can go off to Bangkok with ease. But think the project is too integrated with everybody's modules, end up a single change from someone's module can greatly affect mine, been testing and debugging for everyone, haiz...

Sunday is the Singapore marathon, have only trained till 16km. Think this is going to be a tough race for me, both physically and mentally. Let's hope for the best =P

A Drop Not Too Much...

Just came back from Ruifu & Liyi's wedding dinner at Rasa Sentosa. It boosts a very nice scenery and ambience for wedding but it is a bit inconvenient though. Luckily got Desmond who drove there and give us a lift to the dinner and back when we left. Anyway, Congratulations to the couple on this big day! Really happy for them =)

Also tonight got to meet up with my EE classmates who we never met for quite some time already. It was quite a nice gathering =) Ha I also drank quite a number of glasses of red wine tonight. Lost count of how much I drank, think got 7 to 8 glasses, but then they only fill each glass slightly more than half a glass. So overall, still okay, but was shocked I can drink so much still =P

Finally...1 last paper to go on 20th Nov

Have been through a tiring week of japanese exams. Started with Tuesday with the Written Exam, Thursday with the Listening Comprehension & Dictation and yesterday with Oral. It was really tiring to go on alternate days to Bugis for the exam, but ha finally, one last paper to go this coming Tuesday and I can enjoy myself le!!

Though I think I can pass the exam, but I am still quite disappointed with myself. Been studying for two years, but my listening and speaking is still very lousy. Guess I have to practice more, cos I really lack practice, or to say the truth, I did not really practice =P Normally during lesson, I can answer sensei's question quite okay. Ha but yesterday during the Oral, I was so nervous that I cannot speak properly, was trembling with my voice, ha so funny =) Nevermind lah, let me work harder next year =)

Speaking about enjoying myself, I have already started to relax after yesterday's oral exam =P Went for lunch with my Japanese classmates and then after that loiter around with a few of them. We went to Takashimaya's Kinokuniya to look at some books, then went to the language schools in Orchard as some of them plan to change school next year. Then we have some afternoon coffee break before I went to meet my university clique for KTV. Woo, it was really fun in the KTV with so many people around, we sing and joke and play around with William's SLR camera. They were taking all the funny pictures and candid shots too, Trigger happy man! Let's wait for William to upload the photos =)

Upcoming a week of one exam...

Foresee a very shacked one and a half weeks ahead, one language exam, four papers on alternate days. The writing of this already shacked me out, haha.

This year really not in the mood to study, and now busy with PSP, haha. I just do my best lah =) Also learnt from my friends that some of them are not going to continue next year's japanese, also makes me to think whether I should carry on...

Respect!

Went over to Ngee Ann City to watch the Subaru Challenge with Alice, Peijun, Vincent, Zhong and William. This is the 3rd day and Cindy is still in there. Reach there around 7pm, can see that she is real tired already, the shackness in her face. Just nice it is the break time and you can see the participants rushing to settle their admin stuff in 5 min. It is really tough this year as you can see the gals are all going strong. At the time I reached, there are 11 guys and 28 gals standing. Power!

After having dinner and went back to see Cindy again, you can see her really struggling to keep herself awake as she keep rubbing her eyes. But she is really a strong gal, the only few u see dancing to the music every now and then =) It is only around 10:06pm that I think fatigue really gets into her and she let go of her hand. But she really deserves our respect, she endure 57 hrs 06 min. Super Power! I think not many people can do this feat man! Respect her man =) Here's a photo of her in her smiles.

More photos of Cindy in Subaru Challenge here.
A bit blur because do not want to use flashlight.

Uncle Lek's Wedding Invitation

Received my Thai Uncle's wedding invitation today. He came over Singapore for a meeting and so my sister went to meet him in his hotel to receive the invitation. I am studying for the day so I miss this meeting. Here is a glimpse of the invitation card.

Ha, yes I have a Thai uncle and many other Thai relatives. Everytime I mention about going over to Thailand to visit my relatives, people will ask "Oh, you are a Thai ar?" Ha, but I am not. It's a long story...hee. Anyway, happy to receive the invitation and I will be going over next month, Yeah!

Cindy in for Subaru Challenge!

Just smsed Cindy this morning, she is selected for the Subaru Challenge! She was there very early in the morning reporting at 6am plus and waited till around 10 plus, cos she said alot of people were registering. Only then, she was selected for the Subaru Challenge after some balloting to 'kill' off the excess participants.

She will be in Car 10. Hope she can do her best and endure the challenge =) This is really more of a personal challenge to oneself limits. Salute her! but she 'garang' one lah, sure will have no problem =)

Anyway, if you want to know who Cindy is, see the A Wedding Gathering... post, Second Photo
